MATH 98 - Pre-College Introductory Algebra Concepts

A mastery-based developmental mathematics course designed to prepare students to succeed in a college-level mathematics course; covers beginning algebra concepts and skill development in a supportive but structured setting; includes help with math study skills and reducing math anxiety.

Credits: 5 hrs
Prerequisite: at least C in MATH097 or MATH097B or placement
Notes: Credit for this course will not count toward graduation.
