Occupational Therapy Centralized Application System (OTCAS) Application

Deadline: June 10th. The OTCAS application will open on March 1st and close on June 10th.

Submit the OTCAS application (otcas.org):

• Centralized Application
• Official transcripts of all education beyond high school. Required for every institution granting credit. (International Transcripts – Post-secondary transcripts from a non-U.S. institution must be submitted directly to one of four approved evaluation services for a detailed, course by course report. See International Admission Checklist for additional information.) Applicants should allow 2-6 weeks for the evaluation and verification to be completed.
• GRE Results, including Verbal, Quantitative, and Writing Scores. Submit to EMU OTCAS 4442.
• Three letters of recommendation through OTCAS
• Observation/Volunteer hours submitted through OTCAS
• Supporting Documentation through OTCAS including completed experiences, achievements, and licenses and certifications.
