PEGN 131L1 - Aikido I [GELB]


Focuses on the objectives of Aikido: to strengthen students physically and mentally by increasing mental focus through the practice of its techniques. It is a non-competitive art of self-defense, which requires a high degree of concentration and timing. Training focuses on maintaining self-control and equanimity in any crisis situation, developing greater strength, flexibility and martial awareness.
