LAW 411 Sports Law


This is a survey course that examines sports and recreation law including legal issues associated with sports, sporting events, sports related industries, sports programs, athletic education, recreation management, etc. Topics include: negligence, property and premises law, torts and criminal law, risk management, contract law, constitutional law and sports legislation.

Credit 3 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit
