MGMT 664 Management AnalyticsSuccessful managers must make data-driven decisions in today's environment, and analytics is essential for effective managerial decision-making. This course aims to expand student knowledge and skills for the strategic use of management analytics. Topics include descriptive analytics to understand current events, predictive analytics to forecast future events, and prescriptive analytics to formulate recommendations. Students will learn the above topics by applying them to different situations and functional decision areas to improve company performance. Students will explore and apply data analytics models using various readings, used cases, discussions, and exercises/projects.
