MGMT 667 Corporate Venturing and Intrapreneurial Innovation


Corporations must be innovative and entrepreneurial to maintain a competitive edge. This course explores the methods used to foster innovation and entrepreneurship within a corporate setting, emphasizing how organizations nurture new venture creation. Students will develop an understanding of internal organizational processes, structure, and culture that foster innovation by reviewing ideas to create business concepts for commercialization.
