MGMT 669 Effective Business Interaction and Negotiation for Leaders


Through this course, students will learn to develop effective leadership communication skills that promote strategic action, inspire innovation, and foster effective relationships with stakeholders. The course focuses on persuasive and professional communication skills in interpersonal settings and for presenting to various audiences. The course will also focus on developing skills for leading negotiations with diverse stakeholders. Students will learn leadership communication through cases, interactive discussions, and exercises that include participating in experiential exercises using best practices in presentations to shareholders, negotiation, conflict resolution, and collaboration.
