MGMT 671 Strategic Simulation for Leading an Innovative Organization


This course will offer students a hands-on simulated experience of leading and managing a global innovative company to build and sustain long-term strategic performance. Students act as senior executives facing the need for innovation and market growth when faced with technological advancements. Learning occurs through a series of decisions related to technology, market evolution, and global demand-supply, both in-house and through contract management. The course results in a better understanding of leadership and innovation practices in a dynamic environment.
