DTC 351 - Food Systems Management I Experience


Supervised practice experiences related to food systems management including food production and distribution, procurement and customer satisfaction. Students also become certified in food safety.

Prerequisite:   and department permission
Corequisites:  
Class Restrictions: Junior, Senior, and Second Bacc.
Major Restrictions: Only Dietetics Major (IDTC)  Students may enroll in this course.
