DTC 450 - Foodservice Systems Management II


Advanced topics in foodservice systems management including leadership, development of employees. accountability, budgeting, financial management, information management and managing change. Students will prepare a professional portfolio.

Credit Hours: 2 hrs
Prerequisite:  ,   and department permission
Class Restrictions: Senior, Second Bacc
Major Restrictions: Only students in Dietetics Major (IDTC)  and MS in Dietetics programs may enroll in this course.
