DTC 451 - Food Systems Management II Experience


Supervised practice experiences that include documentation of competencies related to advanced food systems management. Students plan and implement a theme meal, conduct employee training and a quality improvement project.

Credit Hours: 4 hrs
Prerequisite:  ,   and department permission
Corequisites:  
Class Restrictions: Senior and Second Bacc.
Major Restrictions: Only Dietetics Major (IDTC)   students may enroll in this course.
