BMMT 396 - Electronically Stored Information and eDiscovery An overview of the electronic discovery process from both a technical and legal perspective. Topics include FRCP 26, the Electronic Discovery Reference Model, the duty to preserve, trigger dates, spoliation, litigation holds, claw back agreements, retention policies, predictive coding, and defensible searching.
