CHEM 351 - Foundations of Biochemistry Deals with biological structures and the interactions that confer activity upon biological molecules. Metabolism and synthesis of biological molecules, and the controls that integrate the various process at the molecular and cellular level are presented. Bioenergetics, including equilibria, catalysis, and the production/utilization of biological forms of energy, are discussed.
