STAT 372 - Problems in Actuarial Studies I


Applications of mathematics to actuarial science. Particular attention paid to subject matter not covered in the regular mathematics curriculum and to special techniques of problem solving appropriate to actuarial science. (This course can be useful in preparing for the Society of Actuaries Exam P: Probability.)
