AVMT 363 - Aircraft Dispatch I This course is designed to prepare students for Dispatch II. Topics include aircraft performance, runway analysis, regulations, aircraft systems, aircraft manuals, emergency procedures as well as those topics required by FAR Part 65 Appendix A. Knowledge gained in this course will be applied to routine and emergency dispatch scenarios in Dispatch II. Students may be endorsed to take the Aircraft Dispatch Practical Examination upon successful completion of both courses.
Credit Hours: 3 hrs May not be repeated for credit Grade Mode: Normal (A-F)
Prerequisite(s): AVT 170 , AVT 215 , AVT 263 , and AVT 341
Concurrent Prerequisite(s): AVT 313
Class-Level Restriction(s): Junior, Senior, or Second Bachelor standing
Major Restriction(s): Aviation Flight Technology Major or Aviation Management Technology Major
