COSC 663 - Fuzzy Logic and Design of Fuzzy Systems An applied and theoretical treatment of fuzzy logic concepts. Discrete and continuous representations of fuzzy sets and fuzzy operations. Types of fuzzy reasoning, their computational and logic consistency, and stability in fuzzy systems. Design of fuzzy systems in a variety of case studies such as controllers, traffic simulations, pattern recognition.
