EDLD 634 - Higher Education Finance This course will provide an overview of the economics and financing of postsecondary education in the United States. It will include an introduction to economics theory as applied to institutions of higher learning, financial trends in funding America’s colleges and universities, federal investment in higher education, tuition and fee trends, and state policy and budgeting processes. The course will briefly review the basic elements of fiscal management at the institutional level.
