HRM 519 - Human Resource Management in Hospitality and Nutrition Service This course is designed to give the student a sound theoretical and practical perspective on the management of hospitality human resources. Major trends and current issues pertaining to planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation, and labor relations will be examined to make optimal use of human resources.
