HRM 609 - Advanced Topics in Food-Service Management This course is an in depth study of the major trends and current issues of concern to the food service management professional. Issues pertaining to the identification and analysis of events, trends and forces arising from the external environment will be explored. These include economic, technological, political and regulatory environments, and sociocultural trends.
