IS 625 - IS Project and Risk Management This course covers concepts and practices in project management, information technology governance and risk management. The course engages the students in understanding generally accepted tools and techniques for project management, as well as the means for dealing with “people” issues that must be addressed simultaneously to assure a successful IT project. The course also discusses risk analysis, risk assessment, risk reduction, and disaster recovery.
Credit Hours: 3 hrs Grade Mode: Normal (A-F)
