LAW 503 - Law, Enterprise and Ethics This course covers topics in business law, ethics and the law of enterprises. Material includes the substantive law of contracts and torts, agency and enterprise formation, including limited liability companies, corporations and securities laws. Business ethics are taught from a legal perspective.
