NURS 607 - Evolving Roles of Nurses in Health Care Delivery Systems This course focuses on professional development for advanced-practice roles. It includes advanced leadership and collaborative skills, strategic planning, financial management, total quality management, various models of nursing governance and competing power paradigms. Students use this knowledge in the development of strategies for clinical systems management. The course provides a forum to explore ways to facilitate client care within various organizational environments. Graduate students only for NURS607.
