URP 552 - Infrastructure Planning and Policy This course gives students an understanding of the major urban and rural infrastructure systems, as well as the role capital budgeting plays in the financing of these systems. Students should be able to recognize and quantify municipal infrastructure needs and understand the planner’s role in the provision of these services.
