CNST 538 - Fundamentals of Land Development An examination of the land development process, including its market, finance, design, construction and regulatory aspects. The course will focus on actual residential and commercial projects underway or recently completed by local developers, along with the challenges and opportunities encountered in managing these projects from initial inception to final sale.
