CADM 485 - Flexible Manufacturing Systems Design and implementation of a flexible manufacturing cell. Machining materials, material handling and storage, inspection and inventory are emphasized. Part programming using numerical control, robotics/programmable automation programming, development of a manufacturing database and hierarchical computer control.
This is a lecture and laboratory course

Prerequisite(s) PDD 316 , PDD 224 , MFG 361 , QUAL 320 and MFG 425
