ESSC 406 - The Nature of Science This course examines the nature of scientific evidence, inquiry, hypothesis, models and laws. The development of science is put in the context of the structure and history of the scientific community. Interactions among scientists and between scientists and the rest of society are studied from an ethical perspective.
