HIST 317 - History and Geography of Spanish America An interdisciplinary geographical-historical study of Spanish America, emphasizing political, cultural and socioeconomic forces from the conquest to the present. Stresses similarities and differences within and between nations and the special relationships that exist between the nations and the United States. A requirement for majors in language and international trade.
