HIST 328 - Europe in Late Middle Ages 1050-1400 Examines local feudalism and rise of French and English feudal monarchies. Special emphasis on crusades, medieval Christianity and heresy, women and Paris and Venice in late middle ages. Culture explored through extensive use of contemporary literature and art.
