HRM 410 - Human Resource Issues in the Hospitality Industry Hotel and restaurant industry issues related to the administration of personnel with emphasis on strategies for successful recruitment, employment and retention of employees, particularly teenaged, senior, immigrant and disabled candidates. Includes worker-environment fit, motivation of minimum-wage employees and general legal issues relevant to personnel laws in this industry.
