HSEM 438 - Human Resource Management for Public Safety Agencies Human Resource Management includes the process of recruiting, assessing, selecting, and promotion of employees. This course examines the staffing process and provides participants with tactics to ensure the highest qualified candidate is selected and managed. The course addresses employment law, Assessment Centers, as well as traditional interviewing and testing.
