LEGL 305 - Advanced Legal Writing, Research and Analysis II This course will build upon skills acquired in LEGL 304W . Students will be introduced to computerized research sources with a special emphasis on LEXIS and Westlaw. The discussion will also focus on the state appellate process. Students will learn how to prepare an appellate brief and do online legal research to complete their brief. Special emphasis will be placed on students improving their legal writing techniques.
A minimum grade of “C” is required in each Paralegal | BS core course.
