LEGL 311 - Probate, Estates and Wills


The student will study the probate code and probate procedures, descendants’ estates, death and inheritance taxes, and other related problems. Special attention will be given to wills and how wills are drafted.

A minimum grade of “C” is required in each Paralegal | BS  core course.

Credit 3 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit
