Grade Mode Normal (A-F)

LITR 241 will draw on the considerable expertise of English Language and Literature Department faculty in both narrative theory and cultural studies, expertise which befits the host department for the Journal of Narrative Theory. This course concentrates on the narrative techniques found in fiction and film from around the world. Finally, the film series organized in conjunction with this course (provided room and instructor availability) will be open to the larger EMU community, not just to students officially registered for the class.
