MGMT 486 - Organizational Change and Team Building A practical approach to creating the organizational changes necessary for effective team-based, continual-improvement work systems. Students learn how to manage change effectively, providing a foundation for learning how to build teams and work effectively within teams. The course provides knowledge and critical skills needed for initiating and managing change and for building effective teams.
