MSL 202L1 - Leadership and Teamwork | GELB Students examine how to build successful teams, various methods for influencing action, effective communication in setting and achieving goals, the importance of timing the decision, creativity in the problem-solving process and obtaining team buy-in through immediate feedback and additional physical fitness training.
This course requires medical fitness statement, DA Form 3425-R, signed by physician. Pick up form at 18 Roosevelt prior to the first day of class.
