PHED 100 - Foundations of Physical Education and Physical Activity This course introduces students to the history and impact of Physical Education and physical activity in society, as well as to the profession of Physical Education and its related fields. The course will cover Physical Education philosophy, ancient up to current historical impact of Physical Education; physical activity trends; and potential career options in the professional fields of Physical Education and physical activity.
