SPMD 281 - Pharmacology for Sports Medicine The course covers basic components of pharmacology, theories of drug actions, physiological processes meditating drug actions, variables affecting drug actions, and benefits plus unusual and adverse drug therapy responses. In addition, the course examines the physiological mechanism, benefits, and risks associated with common ergogenic aids.
