HLAD 419 - Legal and Regulatory Issues in Health Care This course examines the major legal and regulatory aspects of health care administration and the impact of the U.S. political system on health care systems. American political systems, litigation, malpractice, contracts, statutes, regulations, and legal issues for health care personnel are among the topics discussed.
