PEGN 107L1 - Water Aerobics | GELB This course will incorporate exercises designed to increase cardiovascular fitness, balance, flexibility, strength and muscular endurance. The class will utilize the shallow and deep areas of the pool. This is a class designed with low impact/no impact exercise for non-swimmers.
Credit 1 hr May be repeated for additional credit Grade Mode Normal (A-F)
