MSL 103L1 - Officer Foundations/Basic Leadership | GELB Introduces students to issues and competencies that are central to a commissioned officer’s responsibilities. Established framework for understanding officership, leadership and Army values. Includes “life skills” such as physical fitness training, time management, stress management, group dynamics and briefing skills. Establishes foundation of basic leadership fundamentals such as problem solving, communications, effective writing, goal-setting, techniques for improving listening and speaking skills, and intro to counseling.
