DTC 370 - Nutrition Therapy II Students receive the second in a series of didactic instructions related to various diseases states and means of medical nutrition therapy. Learning activities are coordinated to prepare students for professional practice with patients/clients and implementation of nutrition interventions as defined in the Nutrition Care Process.
