DTC 430 - Community Nutrition
The focus of this course is on community-based nutrition policies and programs and nutrition education. Students will examine federal, state, and local nutrition programs, as well as plan a nutrition education program.
Credit 3 hrs May not be repeated for additional credit

Prerequisite(s) a minimum grade of “C” in DTC 202
