GERN 426 - German Literature from 1750-1850


The literature of Germany from the pre-classical period through Romanticism is discussed in class meetings and treated in student essays and reports. Perspectives of the other arts and of political and social developments enable the student to appreciate the literature in the context of European civilization. In German.
