HRM 360 - Franchising and Contract Management This course covers franchise operations from franchisor and owner/operator perspectives regarding product/service offering, contract options and evaluation of relationship requirements. In addition, responsibilities and advantages of contract management in food-service and lodging establishments will be discussed.
