HRM 465 - Advanced Topics in Hospitality Management


This course is designed to acquaint the student with the major trends and other current issues of concern to the hospitality management professional. Issues pertaining to the identification and analysis of events, trends and forces arising from the external environment will be explored, integrated and applied to the hospitality context.
