LAW 425 - E-Commerce Law A survey course on the basics of e-commerce law including the legal framework and issues and risks of doing e-commerce business. Topics studied include e-contracting, privacy and security, cyber-torts and crimes, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution, securities offerings, cyber-financing including banking and e-money, taxation, copyrights and trademarks.
