LAW 430 - Ethics and Legal Compliance
A general course on ethics compliance relative to business and related professions. The course will focus on understanding and insuring both ethical and legal compliance with specific laws on topics such as employment, consumer protection, privacy, financial regulation (corporate governance and SOX), the environment, and medicine.
