LEGL 405 - Civil Litigation, Investigation and Procedure I A study of the law and litigation techniques in personal injury cases. Students will become acquainted with such torts as assault, battery, false imprisonment, defamation and strict product liability. Study will be directed particularly to the fields of negligence and medical malpractice.
