MATH 381 - Teaching Mathematics in Elementary School


Learning how to teach mathematics to students in the elementary grades, with an emphasis on problem solving and concept development.  Attention is focused on learning/teaching situations and effective use of learning aids. Required of all prospective elementary teachers.

Prerequisite(s) MATH 108 , MATH 110E , and CURR 304  
Course is not open to students on academic probation. Initial Teacher Preparation Program admission is required for enrollment in this course.
