HIST 360 - Civil War: Combat, Culture, and Place A course that takes students to important Civil War sites as part of a wider exploration of the events related to the cause, conduct, and consequence of the American Civil War. This travel course emphasizes the experience of the common soldier and civilian during the Civil War, and provides the student the opportunity to conduct primary research at a major document repository.
